Hardware Luck
My print server machine has died. This is unsurprising because the hard disk has been complaining about SMART detected errors for some time. I ought to rebuild it soon so that I can print stuff out next weekend.
But I just had another of my compute boxes die on me. At least that was what I thought until I diagnosed that the RJ45 cable had come loose. Who the heck designed that little plastic flappy thing which is supposed to hold the cable in - but which breaks so easily :-(
