Spent yet another blissful weekend with Vicki and her family.

... well, not entirely blissful.

We drove up from work late Friday night, taking her car (me paying for gas, of course). The night was great, as we enjoyed an hour-plus of conversation before settling into bed together.

So this weekend is Passover.
(I'll be honest; I'm not a fan of the holiday. I am a gourmand--what a former girlfriend always translated as "big fat pig"; I eat with something approaching polite happy gluttony. First off, for all I had joked about "Alabamaland, PA", the area is really quite nice, aside from the semiurban blight to be found in a couple areas. But hell; driving through Kunkeltown, Palmerton, and Lehighton, there's something very neat about being surrounded on all sides by mountains. Parts are breath-away gorgeous.

In these pictures, Vicki is tired, her hair is carelessly tied back, and for some reason you can't even see the ice-blue of her eyes ... but these pictures actually LOOK like her.

Here's a quick anecdote from this past workweek to explain why this lady is such a catch.

In case you don't know this about me, I'm epileptic. Fully controlled now, but had some bad times there in my teens. So of course, I had long ago let Vicki know.
