I'm working from home today as part of a plan to leave here in the afternoon for our trip to Pennyrile State Park for the geocaching weekend. I'm being a little delayed in my progress by work. I'm trying to finish something up for one of the guys but he's taking forever to get back to me. It's very frustrating. I'm a little more frustrated because they all know I'm trying to leave but don't seem to care enough to get me the information I need in a timely fashion. I'm literally just sitting here waiting on them when I should be helping get everything ready to go.
I was very pleased to get to go out on a bike ride this morning. Unfortunately, it was briefly interrupted once by a work call and then called off after only 40 minutes because of rain. But it was the best workout I'd had all week and better than nothing. Yesterday, on the way home, I stopped of at the stupidcenter and bought an undershirt that's made out of the fabric that wicks moisture away from your body. I also bought a sweatshirt with a hood as an outer layer. I'm hoping this will enable me to get back into the grove of morning rides even when it's cold in the mornings.
