My niece took us to Cendong's Garden Restaurant despite the rainy downpour.
Kilawin - roasted goat meat skin diced, red onions, Bird's Eye chili peppers, ginger, lime, sea salt and vinegar.
Pancit - combination of dried egg noodles and rice noodles.
Best of all - Wood-fired oysters in half-shells with lots of fresh minced garlic. OMG!
