Knock on door this morning. Guy with summons for renter's girlfriend to appear in court, couldn't get anyone to answer door knock at trailer, even though renter's truck is parked outside. The girlfriend of our trailer renter acquired a new vehicle last week. How, I don't know, because they NEVER have the rent exactly on the first of the month! He's a friend of the family, so mom doesn't push him too hard about it, as long as he GETS the rent to her.
