Not sure if it's my imagination or what, but the "internets" have seemed quieter than usual today. Not as many posts on Facebook and Twitter, and not as many folks online.

A friend on Facebook just asked, "Why u post stuff that gets u negative feedback?"

Apparently, on this day 10 years ago, I was waiting to hear from the convenience store about a job, was having issues with email, and was making corny jokes about "beaver shaving".

12 years ago today, I had an upper respiratory infection.

Just judging from the huge slowdown of posts recently by the longtime online friends I also follow on Google+, I'd say Google+ is fading fast already. Novelty has apparently worn off, since everyone is STILL posting regularly on LiveJournal and Facebook.

Looks like Google is about to have another "Wave" on their hands...
