I don't really mention current news events as much as I used to...  My hardcopy journal is full of the news, via clippings I put in from newspapers I sometimes get.  I am very interested in the events around the world... but don't often find time to mention them much in this Livejournal.  I think maybe I'll have more time during my train holiday to ( Read more... )

So, I've done this for an entire year, ' cause I'm a bit weird...  but here are the results of my daily (sometimes missing a day here or there) survey of Top News items from Google News UK.....  For each month, the top item gets 10 points, 2nd most popular item gets 9 and so on...  so after 12 months, here are the totals when you add them all up ( Read more... )
