You may have noticed I've lately been delving back into my past... to see what happened 20 years ago, 15 years, 10 years, 5 years ago in my journal....
So here I go again.
5 years ago this month, Jenny reached the "coming of age" birthday... 18 years old. We celebrated her birthday at a restaurant in town with friends and family... 14 people in all were in attendance. It was a really nice night and the champagne flowed. As a special gift, Linda and I got her a diamond necklace and earrings.
I also had my birthday in January (like just about every January). That year I was sent a really nicely done homemade family tree / photo book by my parents.
