Local Shows
We don't live in a big place... Dumfries is a good sized town for this area, but not what you would consider a big place. So, it's not like we get a lot of concerts and big-time entertainment acts here... not that we would probably go to very many anyway. For the bigger acts, you'd need to go to Glasgow, Edinburgh, Newcastle, or maybe Carlisle if you're lucky.
Anyway, we don't go out much anyway.... did I write anyway twice? Anyway.... for some reason we've got it in our heads to purchase a few local concert tickets, which we'll be going to in the next couple weeks on successive weekends.... at a local theatre, the Theatre Royal in Dumfries.
Not REAL concerts, but a few tribute act concerts..... The Beatles and also the Rat Pack. So, that's a bit unusual for us. Should be fun, tho.
