It seems that my new year is starting on a very, very, positive note.  Several hours of conversation later and I have a tentative date for Sunday afternoon.

Lord, I feel like a mack truck ran me over.  I actually ordered food in tonight.  I'm going to eat it and then go to bed.

I hadn't really been into a retail establishment since before Christmas.  And even then, it was only the grocery store or the gas station.  So I wasn't quite prepared for seeing Valentine's day crap out already.  I mean, COME ON!  It isn't even January.  *blargh*
