One of these days, I need to sit down and write a snapshot about what my life has become. I find it fascinating and so unlike what I have been before. A snapshot may be wise because I may become something else and even now feel like I don't know myself anymore.

A number of years ago I visited a friend in DC. He had been drawn to politics since high school and was finally living his dream of working for his senator. If I got a call this evening from someone in the LA office asking me to move back, I would say yes. Driving the Bay Bridge on the way back from Reno, I did not want to be back.
