I am a Color Guard Captain.

Today was the last  B-cubed band event ever. (If we're not counting the Band dinner Wendesday) The event was the Memorial Day Parade and it was really hot outside. After the parade Mary, Mike, and I went to the King Buffet.

   My weekend was consumed by band.

Saturday was spent on a three hour bus ride with Mary and Roger. I fell asleep on the way there and didn't realize it. I have also been nicknamed "The Paralegal Princess". Good stuff.

   Last night was the first football game. Guard decided to be all dramatic about wearing the uniforms. Apparently they didn't want to. We ended up wearing them (which I wanted to do) and they were all bitter. I hate them and I <3 Kristine and Jenny.

      Yesterday the band ranked 7th out of seven bands. We scored a 53.08 which is really bad. Our entire performance was really awful. Yeah.

The bus ride was amusing. The directors ended up making us share seats though.

While there we (B-cubed) spent most of our time by the "Apathy tree".
