Every time Internet Explorer puts out a new version, something goes wrong. A hole gets exploited, a virus runs rampant, a bug can't get fixed.... If you go to Google and look for "Internet Explorer Hole," you can get articles about stuff that's gone wrong from practically as early as IE was first built.
