I forgot to mention that somehow my mom's slap on my face drew blood. I don't think I fully realized this until after I went to the bathroom and found out that that crusty bit on my cheek was a scab. Yesterday was the last drop date for Summer Session II, and I saw the effects today. A good third of the people in my Orgo class are gone, as is about a fifth of the people in the A/P. Today is Independence Day, but I didn't go to watch the fireworks. There's an orgo exam on Wednesday, so I basically spent the day at home doing orgo or being on the computer. Currently, my friends are out having fun in an ice-skating rink and having a late-night dinner in a restaurant.

Currently, I am babysitting my little sister in my dorm room. She stayed with me the entire evening. Right now she is sleeping, splayed out all over my one-person bed. I am not looking forward to sharing my sleeping space.
