My credit has been approved, the condo has been approved, I'm moving in 16 days and I haven't packed a fucking thing. The Big Blue Sofa of Kaos will finally be in a city that doesn't start with an S (though I'm not sure how much longer it's gonna last).

The bid went in today on the little condo. This time we only gave them until Thursday. My agent told me that the bank actually was considering my bid on the townhouse right up until they received one for $20k more. *sigh*

Didn't get the townhouse. Someone else put in a higher bid the day after I did. Waiting for my agent to tell me when he has time to write up the bid on the condo and trying to figure out where the hell I'll put the litter box on that one...
