on the townhouse has been submitted. Now we wait. We put an expiration of 5pm Friday on it. Austin said if we don't hear back prior to that, then they are seriously considering my offer. And if it's rejected we will immediately put in an offer on the condo.
I keep going back and forth between the two in my head. The townhouse is the better investment, the condo is a little more affordable up front. Either way, I should be a homeowner within the next 45 days (unless the townhouse falls through and the condo sells before I put in an offer). In the meantime, I must resist the urge to buy paint, curtains and lamps.
