I am a nerd.
So, there is this book series I've been reading. I will not say its name, because I don't think it's good literature and I don't like to admit that I find them incredibly addicting, but I do. I've read the first two, and now the third and fourth are out. But I'm poor and don't like hardcover books anyway, so I've decided to wait and buy them when they come out in paperback. But... I can't wait!! I have to know what happens. So, I called several libraries in the area - huge waiting lists, probably filled with teenage girls who will take a month to read the book. No one I know has them for me to borrow, so, what do I do? I go into bookstores, or even Target, to take one off the shelf and read it for a while. I am now halfway through the third book, and cannot find my next excuse to go to a store that might carry it. Only a true nerd would go to a store right after work, when their feet are already tired, to stand and read a book for an hour.
