it's another one of Pat's special moments (PSM)! but it's like...four days late...^^;;;
on thursday, i had slo-pitch practice. we were practising over on little a's baseball diamond because we're too poor to have our own...but that's not the point. after like...a week of practice, parents of little kids became pissed at us because they were scared of us hitting their children. and it was dangerous because they kept running out onto the diamond or playing in the outfield. so ms. cooper who was there...just because...suggested we move onto a corner of our field. as we were moving back to our school, i noticed that practically every inch of our fields were being used. like...rugby on the small little field, frisbee on the one side, soccer in the middle, and now slopitch on the other side of the football field... and i was like, cool. and then, when slopitch ended, i went inside through the music doors, and there were people playing/practising in the music rooms, the orchestra in the auditorium, dancers in the hallways, archers in the basement, reach for the top somewhere...and i realized...wow. this is our school at our busiest. this is when and where agincourt-ians of similar interests get together and reach a goal for ourselves and for our school. and i felt such a sense of (ironically -.-) unity. i swear, i think too much.
