HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!! i love my mommys. i have two sharings today. one doesn't involve me and the other one does. please read on if you feel like it. it's actually a lot of rambling. a lot of rambling. but it's rambling full of love. <333
Some days ago, my mom went to my aunt's house. My family and my mom's little sister (my aunt)'s family are really close. We three, are called "The Guys" and them three are called "The Boys"...so an example of daily conversation when we were little would be:
BOY: mom, can we go to the GUYS' house?
aunt(yee yee to us): ask yee yee
my mom(yee yee to them): sure!
later.
my mom to us: The BOYS are coming over!
the Guys: nooooo!!!
anyways. i got distracted.
so yeah. joshua is the middle boy and he's the cutest little fat boy ever. he's so cute people don't usually notice his fat-ness...or maybe i'm used to it...but he's really cute. adorable. my faaaaavourite. yes i am peen sum. so my mom went over to their house to bring some vegetables and stuff to my aunt and grandma and then josh comes along and hands my mom a statue-angel-type-thingy
and he's like, for you!
and my mom's like, what for?
and he's like, for mother's day!
and my mom's like, but i'm not your mother.
and he's like, yes you are! you're my second mom!
and my mom's like, lol. go give it to grandma. grandma's your mother's mother.
and he's like, ok! and he runs off.
and me thinks that's the cutest thing ever. our two families are soo close it's really like we six each have two mothers. and so yeah. that was number one.
number two.
Last night, my sister and i stayed up late to make my mom and my grandma a mother's day card. hehe we suck in chinse so we used an online picture dictionary to search how to write "婆婆" to put on the card. so at like...12:30 at night, i went downstairs and put it on the kitchen table. next morning, my mom woke us up, went downstairs and saw the card. ten minutes later, i get up and go downstairs. lol it was so embarassing...and my grandma has this really big smile and her face and she's laughing and talking. and then i'm just like... feeling the love, you know? my grandma doesn't live with me. she lives with my aunt and she complains a lot about my uncle. so it was really nice to see her so happy and joyful. and all because me and vivian stayed up to make a card in chinese. yeeeeah. i'm done.
