I'm at the Albuquerque airport, at the end of my "micro vacation" to New Mexico. Saturday-Monday. I went shopping, ate delicious food, and enjoyed the beautiful scenery. The highlight of the weekend was definitely hiking in the Sangre de Christo mountains in Santa Fe. Though most of the aspens at the top of the mountain were leaf-less, the ones on the trail we took were at their peak. Gorgeous white trees with yellow and orange leaves. I even saw snow!

I'm currently reading The Bourne Identity. The plot is exciting, though it doesn't leave any detail out. I like that the back cover synopsis only gave away a quarter of the book.

Today, I saw RED. It's a good movie. Great writing. Very fun. There is a lot of violence, but it's not overly gory. I'd watch it again when it comes out on DVD. If you are a fan of comic book movies or any of the actors in the cast, I'd recommend seeing it on the big screen.
