Flist, I have questions!
I'm driving to Vegas tomorrow morning to meet Jeff. I dunno where we are staying (haven't booked anything yet), but it'll probably be someone cheapish. Last year, when I went to Vegas for Lumos, I couldn't really do anything fun. I wandered around a couple of hotels and got dinner somewhere. That was about it lol. This year, however, is different! Yea for being 21! Do you guys/gals have any good recs for bars/clubs/restaurants? I'm sure we can find something on our own, but you all tend to churn out good things. :)
I can't go to the red carpet premiere on Sunday. Carla's going to Fresno this week and won't be back until then, and that will be the only time that she can see Jeff. So, we're going to do something fun that day. Plus, I'd feel bad dragging Jeff to a HPott thing lol. I also am not going to the Irvine IMAX movie premiere because tickets are sold out. Not sure what I'm going to do actually.
How was AX? I didn't make it because I went to San Diego over the weekend. Yesterday, my family and I went to the Del Mar Fair. It's actually called the San Diego County Fair now, but I don't like that name! I'm a purist sometimes. Oh well! Thanks to the bank of mom and dad, I got my fill of fried fair food and a funnel cake!! Yea!!!! I also saw Ghost Rider. It was sortof cool. The Penance Stare was awkward. I've never heard someone name their killer attack before. That's generally a video game thing, at least in my experience.
EDIT: How likely am I to hit major traffic tomorrow while driving to Vegas if I leave around 10:30amish?
