Drabbles are 100 words on the dot each; double drabbles are 200 words each. I've only ever encountered those two terms; any others are already just plain fic, I guess.

He never wears patterned shirts anymore, or loud colors, or goes a single day without shaving. These days, it’s always dark suits, somber and conservative, more suited to the owner of a funeral parlor than to the hollow-cheeked, empty-eyed forger.
He wore the shirts for Arthur, just to see the point man’s numerous expressions of barely concealed horror in the twitch of his left eye and the downward turn of his lips. He never shaved because Arthur always made a point to do so - with a straight razor no less, skillful bastard - shining blade scraping up and down over the planes of smooth cheeks.
He’s still good at what he does. Even after all that had happened, after what’s only spoken of in hushed whispers and never more than that, of the death (cold-blooded murder) of the best point man in the business, of the hell that raged in the wake of his lover’s vengeance.

But, he thinks, as he cradles the young woman close and lets her bury her face in the crook of his neck as she clings to him, those sick fuckers should have just left her bloody ( ... )

Um...I don't know if I have the answers to all those questions. Tbh, I don't know if I will write a full-fledged Eames/Ariadne fic, b/c I love the boys together way too much. But I may expand upon this in another drabble (or two or three). :)
