For my grandmother who keeps asking where my Superman painting is:

Comic book Superman is very surly and has a gigantic neck.

This was Rob's Christmas present, he loves angry Superman.
Detail - this painting is in oil, 7 x 9 inches and I had to use teeny brushes for most of it:
I'm happy with how it turned out. The ear and hands were difficult. The face was hard because of the weird angle and I think it is a little squished, but overall it looks pretty good - from a distance it looks great!
Angry Batman is on the easel now - nothing says "Happy Valentine's Day!" like a moody guy in tights and a cape.
