Life is looking well, knock on wood. Starting the second week of September, I will be working at the Kids Club at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School. My aunt runs the Kids Club and my great-grandma (whom I live with) is the nurse at the school. Right now I’m scheduled to work 17 hours in the afternoon, over four days. But then there is more. I actually have a pretty detailed timeline for my hermionebigbang. It starts on June 1st, 2007 and ends on June 30th, 2007. I applied for a position at Caffe e Via. If you can’t tell, it’s a coffee place. Yeah, not Starbucks despite knowing them the best. I thought I’d never apply to a food/coffee place but really, I’m not sure what kind of options I have left. I’m applying to retail stores. It’s no fun realizing you’re depressed and that’s why you just want to sleep. I got a packet in the mail today with paperwork to fill out for becoming a guest (substitute, basically) teacher for my old school district. Orientation is on February 4th and I have to get fingerprinted and all that jazz before then. I’m kind of excited.
