I'm watching Around the World in 80 Days on ABC, with Jackie Chan and Jim Broadbent (!), and I'm utterly charmed. I've not read the book, but I'm amused and enchanted by this version of it. The art is stylised, the story is silly, but the acting is superb and the script is clever. I love it. :)

After a gorgeous, glorious week of cool temperatures, clouds, and rain, we're getting back into summer, it seems. Though the temps aren't supposed to be too bad--mid to upper 80s on the high end. Today's supposed to get up to about 77 (that's about 25C, if I remember correctly), so it should be comfortable, at least. Which is good, because I'm off ( Read more... )
