Summer's back.
After a gorgeous, glorious week of cool temperatures, clouds, and rain, we're getting back into summer, it seems. Though the temps aren't supposed to be too bad--mid to upper 80s on the high end. Today's supposed to get up to about 77 (that's about 25C, if I remember correctly), so it should be comfortable, at least. Which is good, because I'm off to do some blackberry picking with my sister, so I can't wear lightweight clothes or sandals without getting scratched pretty badly. It's jeans, a t-shirt, and proper shoes for me today.
I'm also going to pick up a power strip and a long cable cord, so I can actually get regular programs in my bedroom. Being able to watch DVDs there is nice (Blackpool! Sexy, scruffy Scottish bastard in my bedroom!), but it'd be nice to be able to watch the news in the mornings when I'm getting ready for work.
