I ceased being an author and became a transcriber for the characters who knew exactly what they wanted to say.
Happens to me a lot.
"That thought, about him being twice as hurt, occurred suddenly to me as I was writing this, and I had to put it down here. Kills me dead, that realisation. And I think it kills Rose dead, too-which is why she had to reassure him that she knows very well that he loves her; he doesn't have to say the words."
That is one of the lines that I find the most striking in this fic.
"Pronunciation guide: Vowels are pronounced as they would be in Spanish"
Heh, that's funny. Since Spanish is the only other language I know, I automatically made the vowels Spanish ones in my head. I even actually pondered whether to use the Mexican double L or the Spanish one. So, Spanish one it is. :D

I unfortunately learned as I had a Houdini hamster as a kid and Dog that insisted on barking at the poor thing till I came an put it back in it's cage. More then once was thankful that the dog was more interested in barking then tasting.
