This is the kind of cold where you want to just hunker down and have a day like this. I dropped out of this year's GISHWHES because I couldn't get anyone here in Minneapolis to join me. Big, severe thunderstorm came in Friday. The ground was already so saturated with rains that when the winds hit, whole trees were uprooted damaging houses, cars and bringing down power lines.
