The original recipe wasn't gluten-free, I had to substitute the all-purpose flour for other things (rice flour, tapioca flour, potato starch, and xantham gum) but I've looked up a bunch of substitution formulas and it worked out.
They're a bit sugary for my taste (use molasses as substitution/addition next time?) and I like my chocolate chips more melty, but those are personal preferences.
