I've learned that sometimes the only way to complete despised assignments is to make oneself rather unconscious of the deed. This is best accomplished a steady feeding of sugar, salt, and caffeine at accelerated rates. As Abby knows, nothing accomplishes this like Cherry Coke, Circus Animals, and Gardettos. You become so lightheaded you hardly realize how much you hate writing the papers you're writing.
After an amazing night of dancing, I actually got a decent night's sleep, so today was rather pleasant, despite the 100% humidity and grey skies, and Portland Oregon does its finest and the skies drool all day. A morning coffee and muffin and a great chapel helped out, too.
For the newspaper article I'm writing about for the last issue (can I get a huzZAH?) is about a new staff who works in financial services. So we're not talking about his job, because really who wants to talk about money. Instead, I'm focusing on his other addiction: the 1970s muscles car. He has completely restored and put together a 1970 Chevelle, and you can tell its his pride and joy. I had to ask all these questions about what the pull is, because I just dont' understand... :)
Now I'm going to be up all night writing about demons and the Screwtape Letters. Luckily its a subject I can easily BS. Wheeeee!
ps... heeeheee... my dragon looks like smartness
