Tomorrow morning I will be going into the hospital. Hubby will be driving me so that we arrive at 07:45; the time I was given earlier today. I should be heading into surgery about 3 hours later to begin the next phase in the healing part of my journey with breast cancer. Yesterday I got a phone call from the cosmetic surgeons office. They had a cancellation and would I be interested in an earlier surgery date. Well, yes I would thank you very much! I saw the plastic surgeon this afternoon. He seems like a nice man, shorter than me and he is Chief of Plastic Surgery at one of the hospitals in Edmonton. I told him what I was hoping for with regard to my breasts and he assured me that he would be able to do it.
