Yesterday was my annual check-up at the Cross Cancer Institute. The mammogram went well and was slightly less uncomfortable than previous years, mainly because I'm carrying less weight around my middle so the extra flab wasn't getting in the way and pinched by accident. WooHoo! I'm part of an ongoing case study so met with the radiation oncologist that prescribed my radiation treatments. This was our last consultation as she is being moved or is moving on to another project so I will have a new doctor next year. Anyway, everything is okay, so I am good for another year!
