Ganked from epoc823. I bent the rules a little and selected characters from non-book fandoms. I know it SAYS any fandom, but I feel like the spirit of the meme is for books so...yeah. Enjoy.

Um...neither of them, probably. Percy's got ADD and Aang is a ball of superpowered energy. If they were older, I'd lean towards Aang. When he's not bouncing around the room he's got that whole serene grace and patience thing down pretty well.
2. Do you think that 2 would win the “Cutest Guy of the Year”?
Gamzee? I mean...maybe. He's not really about the looks, and he probably wouldn't care much if he won.
3. 12 sends 8 out on a mission. What is it? Does it succeed? (Charlie and Calvin)
Carver sends Zuko out to scout the location if Set's latest evil plan. Zuko grouses the whole way because, seriously, who's this wibbly nervous little kid to tell him what to do? All he does is spout gibberish about some made up place called "Egypt." In the end Zuko finds a horde of demons preparing a site for a magic ritual, and after a frantic battle in which he fries half of them, Zuko runs back to Carver and apologizes for ever doubting him.
4. What is or would be 9's favorite book?
A book of Native American myths. Coyote would keep it on hand to show off his fantastic exploits to anyone who sat still long enough to listen. It'd be like a dotty old grandmother and her wallet full of baby pictures; a two second lull in the conversation and out comes the book.
5. Would it make more sense for 2 to swear fealty to 6, or the other way around?
After Percy did some crazy water stuff and brandished Riptide a bit (which of course he'd uncap from pen form), Gamzee wouldn't hesitate to fall to his knees in praise of the MoThErFuCkIn MiRaClEs.
6. For some reason, 5 is looking for a roommate. Should he share a studio apartment with 9 or 10? (Rose [post-Rose in Bloom], Mr. Benedict and Annabeth)
Terezi would room with John out of familiarity, until the constant stream of bucket related pranks caused her to move in with Coyote in a huff. That would last just long enough for her to realize that the only thing worse than an incessant prankster is an omnipotent trickster god. In the end, John and Coyote would move in with each other, and the prankster's gambit would endlessly oscillate back and forth as the world's greatest prank war began.
7. 2, 7, and 12 have dinner together. Where do they go, and what do they discuss?
Link doesn't get a say, and Gamzee's cool with wherever as long as they have pie, so Carver decides they're going to an upscale Brooklyn restaurant. While there, Link causes them both to become gradually more and more uneasy through the combination of his immpecable table manners and refusal to utter a syllable. Gamzee tries to order a six pack of faygo and a sopor slime pie, but all the waiter can give him is a slice of french silk and a glass of coke. Finally, Carver, distressed at being the only "normal" one at the table, pulls out his sword, whereupon Gamzee once again goes into a mIrAcLe induced tizzy.
8. 3 challenges 10 to a duel. What happens?
John and Leo would both be leery about fighting, but they'd bond over their shared preference of hammers as weapons, and after John showed off Fear No Anvil and Leo made a few sketches, they'd spar for a whole afternoon.
9. If 1 stole 8's most precious possession, how would she/he get it back?
Zuko would remind Sokka that it's not a good idea to sour relations with a world leader so soon after a planet wide conflict, and then he would threaten to tell Katara.
10. Suggest a title for a story in which 7 and 12 both attain what they most desire.
"Fathers." The impetus for Carver's adventure is the search for his dad, and no Link in any Zelda game has ever had parents.
11. What kind of plot device would you use if you wanted 4 and 1 to work together?
It probably wouldn't take much, other than Ezio's accepting the help of a dorky teenager. Sokka's ingenuity and tactics would be a huge help, although Ezio would constantly be saving his ass from the Templar hordes (let's face it, Sokka's badass, but he's no Assassin).
12. If 6 visited you for the weekend, how would you get along?
Pretty good, I guess. Percy's definitely more reckless than I am, but I think we could bond over a lot.

Percy and Carver would be too busy with the revelation that the Egyptian and Greek gods were real, respectively, to notice Sokka eating not only the last pancake, but also the food off their plates.
19. What might be a good pick-up line for 1 to use on 10?
"I see you have a hammer. Perhaps you'd like to "tap" this." It's just as terrible as ones of Sokka's lines would be, and John would still appreciate it.

Randomly putting strangers on trial and attempting to carry out their sentences. Just don't go near any trees...

Aang. It would play out like a version of the Tortoise and the Hare, except at super speed. And at the end, Coyote would trick everyone into thinking he had won anyway, until Aang went all glowy on his ass.
23. If you had to walk home through a bad neighborhood late at night, would you feel safer in the company of 7 or 8?
Either would be awesome. Both master swordsmen, and Link makes up for not being able to shoot fire by having a myriad of magical abilities and items, depending on which incarnation he is.
24. 1 (Sokka) and 4 (Ezio) reluctantly team up to save the world from the threat posed by 11's (Aang) sinister secret organization. 8 (Zuko) volunteers to help them,but it is later discovered that s/he is actually a spy for 11.
