A/N: Companion piece (sort of) to  The Last Room. Written for SynTru's Quick Writing Contest. I've been thinking of expanding on the main character in that short story, and this is pretty much what came out of it. Just as a note, I obviously don't agree with the character's way of thinking.

Another snippet! Yay. I love these. Not really, but oh well. Wrote this in maybe half an hour to forty minutes. This one is for the Periodic Writing Contest, and the three prompts I picked were:

Memory + Decay + Innocence.

Originally only memory and innocence, but decay shoved itself in there, so. Anyway, enjoy.
