My new bank statement came today, hooray! So I immediately had elyndys scan the first page of my passport, chucked the whole mess in an envelope, and sent it next-day special delivery to the Home Office. Yay it's done! So it has been decided that, since Johannes's fever is still pretty terrible (he seems to be feeling a little better, at least), and even if it weren't it's still too soon for him to travel, and so I will be going on by myself. Home again from Springfield, MO! It was fun. We went shopping a few times, but didn't buy much, ate at some great restaurants, watched Devil Wears Prada (better than I expected!) and I watched MEgan play the first 4 or 5 hours of the new PS2 port of Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories (lesson: cards are terrible). avatar1983 are going to sleep now in preparation for leaving the house before 6:30 tomorrow in the morning, heading to Valpo (via Chicago) for Thanksgiving! He will be away for a week, I for two. I may or may not remember to post while at home (I'm not very reliable in this respect, I'm afraid), so in case I don't, that's where I am. I'm super-excited! :D
