Summary: James made Lily cry, Snape's less than pleased. And really, these two haven't dueled in AD yet.
Snape arrived at the same spot he'd fought Black at more than half a year ago, his hair tied back from his face and his usual robes transfigured into loose clothing that was easier to fight and move around in. His wand was in his hand, and he flicked it a couple times to make sure that there was no one hiding nearby and that no booby-traps had been set up in the vicinity. Satisfied, he settled down to wait, watching his surroundings with Horst when his second arrived. That left only Potter now.
