Summary: Ciel came up with the idea of a memorial to anyone who has left Adstringendum, and Londo suggested a Toast. So here we are.
Once Ciel arrived at the little Casino, he just.. waited. While he himself had not felt particularily sad over anyone that had left... He still sort of felt for everyone else. He did know what it was like to lose someone close to you, although he never truly wished to think of such times again.
He would wait, for anyone else to show up, assisting Londo in setting out glasses of champagne, Cider for the younger ones, and so on.. They might well need quite a few.
