About me: I'm somewhat shy and get social anxiety; the internet is my haven. Besides writing, I like to draw, paint, make graphics, etc. I'm in a serious long-term relationship with a man that's much older than me - so if you don't approve of that kind of think, you probably should just skip over me.
About my journal: It holds my fiction, random posts, some memes but not a hellish amount, rants, and day-to-day life. I have some of my artwork posted, as well, but not much.
What I like: Hugs, tea (both hot and iced), working with kids, working with horses, being outside, long walks, fire, photography, horror movies, frock coats.
What I dislike: When people try to make themselves sound as articulate and well-versed as possible, just to make others look bad. It's annoying. Also.. cold weather!
What I read: Pretty much anything that's well-written. If it has an interesting title or summary, I'll read it. I especially like horror. I also read graphic novels/comics (think: V for Vendetta, Sandman), some romance & romantic comedies, and the occasional Harry Potter or Buffy the Vampire Slayer fic.
What I don't read: Most nonfiction, unless it's something I'm interested in - like the Jack the Ripper mystery. :D
Favorite authors: Neil Gaiman, Alan Moore.. *shrug*.
What I write: Horror/suspense, comedy, fantasy. maybe a bit of romance. I've also been known to write the occasional fanfic. Also, most of my writings are small - no huge, multi-chaptered pieces for me, yet. I have a novel in the works.. but it's *very* 'in the works'.If you're interested in just popping by to read a couple hundred or thousand words, I'm your person. :)
