I was just typing in IRC and remembered that i really mean to be posting here more... and so i lazily cut&pasted like the slacker i am.
[18:24] so i went to a pretty shrine and temple today [Kibune and Kurama]
[18:25] walking between them was about an hour hike up and then down a mountain
[18:25] a small mountain
[18:25] with stairs
[18:27] at the little temple at the top "the demon king's den" (den is actually the sound of the japanese word, the meaning is of a sacred hall) i ran into a friend of mine [the proprietess of the lovely used foreign bookstore on marutamachi]
[18:28] i was escorting this random guy i barely know [a couchsurfer], and my friend was escorting a random nice girl she barely knows
[18:28] they had climbed from the temple side, and we had climbed from the shrine side.
I also ran into my friend and her random girl on the train ride back.
