Summertime, and the living is easy...
Classes are all done for the term. I still love this job. I have one final exam to proctor on Thursday, and grades to enter into the system, and then i'm free-- FREE for the summer.
Which means...
I'll be visiting the US of A in August.
My planned itinerary is to arrive in Michigan on Friday, August 8th, and stay about 3 weeks. I have a wedding in Montreal right at the end of it, so for all intents and purposes, assume me to be only around until August 30th.
During that time i will probably take a few days to visit Seattle, and a day or two to see my Grandmother in Florida (she's turning 92 this August!). I might have time for a day trip to Chicago, as well.
I will not be attending Burning Man, despite several beloved friends' efforts to the contrary. Sorry. Perhaps if i wouldn't have had to leave early for this wedding, and if the theme weren't lame this year. Maybe next time.
