So, in the last 24 hours I've watched:
2 hours of PAC 12 swimming and diving championships
3-4 episodes of Paranormal State
3 episodes of Iron Chef Gauntlet
1 episode of Property Brothers
1.5 episodes of Chopped
1 episode of Flip or Flop Vegas
the 2 hour premiere of The Terror from AMC
parts of really bad B movies (so bad even I turned the channel)
Today so far I've watched:
part of a B movie
2-3 episodes of Texas Flip'N'Move
(sort of because today I can sit upright and am going through my LJ and DW)
I've discovered:
*that many commercials are the same across the channels I tend to watch.
*that I HATE the pink color in the living room of the Behr commercial
*the Snow sisters have a weird relationship with paint color and tile
(somebody likes their style, but it isn't me. but I do like them)
*even though it's kind of stupid I love this Car Max commercial. In fact, I kind of really like most of them.
*do NOT trust a fart when you have a stomach virus
*I feel like a dirty old woman looking at the kids in the college swimming thing, but not when they're in the Olympics (although it's a lot of the same age). lol
*already sick of the new Bush' Beans commercial when they introduce the mexican-style beans
*my animals seemed to understand when I could barely walk
*Charlie seems to have been offended that I was laying down all day and therefore couldn't cuddle him. he fixed that this morning
*laying on the couch for several hours is not good for my back, but there's no TV in my bedroom-I wouldn't usually use it. New couch? When I get a new TV I'm definitely keeping this one in the spare bedroom in case of need.
I missed my favorite Easter service last night. And it turns out another soprano had the same problem. Feel better today, but still missing because it's not completely better, and don't want to pass it around. I feel bad about leaving J on her own to visit the shut-ins afterward, but it'd be bad if they got it.
