I've got this vaguely unsettles feeling.
And I'm not sure why.
I worked this weekend in the clinic. Not too busy, especially today.
Although there was this lady today that was so very annoying. The kind that complains about paying because she didn't get any antibiotics. Well, she complained that all I said was she had a virus. Well lady, that's what 90% of everyone else had, too, so you're in good company. argh. People like that-there were other things, but not worth telling.
Watched the Leprecaun movie on SyFy last night, which was actually kinda good. It was an After Dark film, which usually means there'll be enough quality. Billy Zane looks really weird partially balding, though. And they didn't keep strictly to the usual ending, which was surprising, but kinda cool. And kinda not cool.lol
Had dental surgery Tuesday, and my jaw and palate still hurt enough to annoy. Although I made it through today without any extra Tylenol, so yay me.
I can't eat my usual foods because they have to be softer, and no seed-like things. And the feeling where the one tooth was is gross. Had my nurses clip some of the sutures today because they were poking out.
I hate that I sit down to eat dinner (and play on the computer), and before I know it, it's 7pm. No input from the sky because it gets dark later.
Because I usually work out at 7pm. Even if I'm riding, I tend to do it in the evening.
But I can't work out well lately because of the dental surgery. Increased blood flow makes the face hurt. :( Yeah, more fat is fun.! Not.
Still haven't ridden. Need to lunge James again to see how he's doing. Vet apparently thinks he needs more time to settle with his shoeing, but having experienced this before, I'm not convinced.
But James does look quite smashing now that most of his winter coat is gone. (One reason I used to blanket a lot. ;)
And I'm on call. Got called from an urgent care wanting me to direct admit a kid. Which I never do. I always tell them to go to the ER first. It's not that I don't trust them. Well, maybe a little because I don't know them. But also sometimes the ER fixes them, and they don't need to be admitted. Best to not go in if one doesn't have to. Also, I admit I don't want to drive the 20 minutes into town unless I have to.
Okay, maybe I'll try to ride my bike a little. And continue to wonder what my problem is.
