In other news, last night I randomly decided to go to the Rhinebeck Sheep and Wool Festival in New York this October. Buttloads of yarn + upstate New York in the autumn? Yes plz. I booked a hotel room and everything. Anyone ever gone? I need to start saving some cash!

it snowed about a foot last night, and now i'm stuck in my house. but i'm not complaining, i love days like these. especially when you have a sweater you're trying to make. yesssss.

i never thought i would be so excited, but i just got my shipment from KnitPicks.com - 30 balls of peruvian wool in all colors of the rainbow!!! it's like christmas has come early. i'm going to make 2 hats, some gloves (all presents) and a sweater for me!! woo hoo!
