Wasabi
The other day, I found Wasabi powder in the "Ethnic Foods" section of Publix. I decided to buy it because I like the flavor. When I was waiting to check out, I noticed that all it needed was a little bit of water to make a Wasabi paste. I tried it last night. It was good (and very spicy). I dipped carrots in it. Now I just need to learn how to make my own sushi!
