Weekends
I had a great 3 day weekend! I did a bit of housework, watched a lot of TV, goofed of online and hung out with Chris. I had planned to bring some work home with me, but I'm glad I didn't. I'll have to do that this week though. Yesterday I tried to pan-fry some frozen fried green tomatoes that I had bought at Wal-Mart a while back. I had tried once before and they weren't very good. They weren't good yesterday either. I would probably have better luck preparing fresh green tomatoes myself.
This weekend, Jennifer and Charles are coming up to Nashville for the Alabama/Vanderbilt game. I am very excited to see them. I'm not sure how comfortably they will be able to sleep at my apartment, but we will figure it out. Jennifer said that Charles could sleep on the balcony like he did during Katrina at our apartment in Tuscaloosa! Or the bathtub. Hehe.
