I voted!
I hear a lot of pessimistic things about why should I even bother since I live in the reddest red state to ever red down reddington drive, but that's just one more incentive. Besides, since you're required to register as republican or democrat and then they jot a little number on the back of your slip (like D185 or R107) to mark how many people have registered one way or the other, I got to sneak a peek at the stacks. And so far at my voting station, more people have registered Democrat than Republican.
But then there are a lot of crazy liberals in my city too. It's an amusing mix, due in no small part to the university.
On a side note, Vitaminwater (Glaceau) makes me happy. the multi-v (lemonade a-zinc) is quite tasty and has put me in a good mood if for no other reason than the phrase 'drinkable swiss army knife'
