Hangin' In There
Sorry if I've been MIA lately. This whole work thing really puts a cramp in one's style. It's a long commute for me and it doesn't leave a lot of spare time per diem.
I've been making the effort to keep up with everyone, but sans comments, unfortunately. Farmer's doesn't allow any personal use of internet/email resources, so I have to catch up with everything in the few minutes I can spare when I get home in the evening.
I'll be moving again next week. This time I'm headed to Grand Rapids, which will shear a good 35 minutes off my current 55-minutes-one-way commute.
I've got to start getting ready for PSG in all this madness, too (I can think of no sweeter burden---Yeee-ippeeeee!)
Farmers' home office is in LA, so my longterm gameplan is to work in Grand Rapids for perhaps a year, and then transfer to LA. I'm fed up with the Midwest, and LA's excellent educational system would provide fantastic venues for me to return to school. This rough sketch is, of course, only tentative and due to change without notice, possibly even to myself :-)
