A quick update
Well . . . more or less done with one of my top five most hated chores of all time--moving. Yick. The very sound of the word sets me on edge.
My work environment is absolutely insane, and I am looking for something else already. More about that some other time.
It is with great regret and sadness that I must report that I will not be making it to PSG (sorry about not getting back with you on that, 'Lo, I'll try to contact ya today). The reasons for not going just keep piling up:
1. I intended to shop for needed articles little by little over the course of the year and never got around to it. I don't have much in the way of camping supplies. I would have to purchase a tent, stove, coolers, just for starters.
2. I really can't go without my CPAP machine now that I've started treatment for my sleep apnea. I would have to rig up an alternate, rechargable power supply for it. Again, I intended to get the jump on this, buuuuuuuut . . .
3. If I went it would be unpaid vacation. Especially after just having moved, I can't afford it. Even if I can't get any refund, It would be cheaper for me to eat the $185 than to go.
4. I really don't have a vehicle I trust to get me there.
Sooooooo . . . I'm afraid it's a definite no-go.
