Yesterday the high here was 12, I think.  Wind chill was anywhere from -15, to 0.  It was so cold.  But it was a run day, and I had to go run.  So, finally, at 3 o'clock, I get my butt in gear, and in layer upon layer, I get out the door in 11 degree weather.  Although the wind chill was -1.  I am telling you - cold.  I was wearing a fleece hat, ( Read more... )
