I am so, so mean.
I am trying so hard not to die laughing here. I'm sitting at the airport in Cork. There are two German guys, maybe 18 or 20 years old. They stood in front of me in the check-in line and now they just sat down across from me in the waiting area. They have no clue I understand them. It is so fucking funny.
1) They have no clue about English. Know that every German that age learns English in school for years.
1.a) They were told that our flight is late. They did not understand a word.
1.b) Ergo, they are now staring out the window bullshitting about which of the oncoming planes is ours. They do pseudo tech-babble to impress the other.
I am dying here.
Ahahaha, omg. One of them just pulled out a pocket translator and typed in some obscure stuff printed on the side of one of the planes.

ETA. And now I can see them standing at the boarding gate. Well, good luck. It's opening in 30 minutes.
